What are your despatch times?

If you order after 3 pm GMT on Friday then delivery will be despatched on Monday. Please note working days are Monday-Friday.

Bank holidays are not working days.

How do I track my order?

You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as it is despatched and you can track your order’s journey to you via the Royal Mail website.

Duties and Taxes

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. If you refuse a shipment from cottonconscious.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to cottonconscious.com. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded. 

How do I Return or Exchange?

You have up to 14 days (from the date of purchase or shipment date) to return any merchandise with which you are not satisfied.

Please note we cannot refund for returned postage on orders made with a promotional free shipping option. You must ship the item(s) back to us, the address for online returns is listed below.

Please use a ‘Signed For’ delivery service to make sure your parcel reaches us, and retain your postage receipt. We are afraid we can’t accept responsibility for items that fail to get to us. A ‘proof of posting’ form will not be sufficient.

Item(s) are to be returned in the same condition as sent and in the original packaging. If the item(s) has been worn or damaged, we cannot refund and the item(s) will be returned to you.

If Cottonconscious.com shipped you the wrong item or the item was damaged in transit, we will gladly refund all shipping charges.
